• Requesting an appointment does not automatically guarantee space is available. We will confirm your appointment through email once we receive it.
• Proof of vaccinations required for Rabies, ParvoVirus and Bordetella.
• If a specific date/time needed is not showing as available, please feel free to contact us at 407-823-9098 to check for a recent cancellation.
• Please provide 24-hour notice of any appointment cancellations.

Pricing

Prices may vary based upon the weight, condition and type of coat. Additional charges may be necessary for behavior and handling issues, de-matting or extensive breed specifics.

Pick up and drop off

Please drop off at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may ask to be rescheduled. We will provide you with an estimated pickup time and will contact you when your dog is ready for pickup. We ask that all dog owners pick up their dogs within 1 hour of being called. Late pickups will result in additional fees.
